My continuous care and support through your pregnancy, your birth experience and your postnatal period is devoted to helping you walk the path to motherhood with confidence, sovereignty and joy.
The Sovereign Birth Package includes:
The Ecstatic Birth Preparation package (a holistic birth preparation course for you and your partner)
5+ in person antenatal sessions tailored to your individual needs. These sessions will cover:
- A comprehensive birth education to help you (and your partner) gain inner confidence, essential knowledge and an embodied understanding of the physiology of birth
- An ongoing opportunity to disarm any apprehensions and fears you may have relating to pregnancy, birth and motherhood
- Evidence-based research to help you navigate your birth choices with integrity and confidence
- A somatic approach to birth preparation which integrates movement to enhance and facilitate your birth experience
My continual support via phone, texts and e-mails. (I will be on call for you from week 38 - 42+)
My presence and support throughout your birth experience and the first hours following the birth of your baby.
Two postnatal visits to ensure that you have everything you need and that you are at peace with your birth experience.

The Sovereign Birth Package costs £3300, in total, and requires a deposit of £500. This includes my transport expenses. Payment plans are available.
